30 years after completing her training at Limbach Maschinenbau Kathrin Killian has her former training company in the context of a report in the context of the HWK Koblenz visited.
Together with today's business and management, she convinced herself that at Limbach mechanical engineering still find the right solution for many technical challenges. In the field of education, great importance is attached to the transfer of knowledge and skills to the next generation, who may like to be female.
Today, Ms Killian successfully uses her training as a mechanical engineer in combination with the advanced training as an operations assistant to pass on her knowledge to young apprentices in metalworking companies.
